Grant
- Apply for your Erasmus grant - contact the Global Opportunities Team (Careers, Employability and Skills)
- Complete and return all sections of Bank Details form
- Notify the Student Loan Company of your intended placement
- What additional sums may be made available - contact Education & Library Board to apply for enhanced student loan
Registration at the Host University
- Where and when
- What documents, photographs, etc. are needed
Immigration
- Passport
- Letter from host university / letter of offer from employer
- Proof of financial support
- Any requirements to register with authorities, e.g police
Health & Insurance
- EHIC Form
- Private insurance for health and belongings

- Attendance and work requirements
