Develop management skills that are valued by graduate recruiters.  Insight provides opportunity to build your  commercial awareness, teamwork, management, leadership, problem solving and presentation skills through a series of team based business games and challenges.  Fast moving, involves active learning and is open to any student of any discipline.

Three individual interactive workshops, designed specifically for international students. Attendance and participation at all three workshops will give Degree Plus Route B accreditation.

A personal development programme delivered by Queen’s University Officer Training Corps (QUOTC)
The course is designed to give you the relevant skills to support you in your time at university and also increase your employability. You will develop: Leadership skills; Communication skills; Planning skills; Effective Time Management; How to make a Positive Personal Impact

Undertake leadership training at Queen's followed by a week-long visit to an international destination to meet with Queen's alumni and senior professionals

Starts in January Development Week. Ends during May Development Weeks.

Travel with a group of other students from the School of Biological Sciences to visit a variety of employers in linked with the Life Science industry.

A one year practical employability programme producing a campus careers communications channel for students.

3 day programme consists of structured visits and workplace insights in Belfast. Students have the opportunity to connect with employers and explore career options related to solicitor, barrister and graduate legal roles eg legal professional.

This exciting stock market simulation exercise will give you the opportunity to experience analysing the market and making investments. This event is open to all students, no specialist knowledge of finance is required.
