The DegreePlus team constantly seeks to bring students new opportunities and better ways to help them to engage and develop their employability so that they can stand out from the crowd when it comes to finding the graduate job that they really want.

The DegreePlus team are making a few changes to the Combined Experience for January 2022 and are also adding new opportunities to gain credit for engaging in extracurricular online courses and other activity.

The key changes and new opportunities are:

1. No Route A and B! Just one DegreePlus Activities List The Combined Experience (formerly Route B), has now been updated to align with Provider Verified (formerly Route A) activities and now appears with them on a single list in the DegreePlus website.

2. A “DegreePlus 2022 How to Get itInduction has been set up in your MyFuture account (as a Step-by-Step Resource).  Students who have queries about DegreePlus should complete this rather than emailing DegreePlus (only non-routine issues are answered at the mailbox).

3. Students applying for the Combined Experience are now required to complete the above induction and evidence completion of a total of 30 hours of active engagement in at least two different extra-curricular activities.

The “Combined Experience Application form (Semester 2, 2022)" has been updated accordingly and is now available in MyFuture Jobs.

Application Deadline for combined experience for Summer 2022 graduates is still Midnight 1st April 2022 (and Midnight 1st November for Winter 2022 graduates).

4. Other newly approved activities that you can now use to gain accreditation include:
