The evaluation of the Academic Infrastructure and consultation on subsequent changes which resulted in the development of the Quality Code identified the need for the introduction of a Chapter on learning and teaching covering all modes of study.4 This draft was subject to public consultation between May and July 2012. The final version of the Chapter was published in September 2012 and will be used as areference point in reviews coordinated by QAA from August 2013.
