The event will be taking place on MS Teams on Tuesday 2 March at 11:00am. This event will be facilitated by Teresa Reid, Active Campus Co-Ordinator, Queen’s Sport. Teresa runs the “Queen Sport Couch-2-5K programme”.  

This is an information session aimed at both staff and students who want to get into running but don’t know where to start.

This session will look at tips to begin your running journey and a little background on our Couch-2-5K programme that we run both physically and virtually.
