The webinar will explore the gut & brain connection. We can all identify with the ‘wow factor’ of feeling satisfied with certain food, and how it makes us feel both physically and mentally. 

Let’s take a look at how certain foods impact on our mood, and how achieving instant gratification from food may not always be the best approach.
