More options, greater support.
Inspire work in partnership with the Queen's Student Wellbeing team to provide an enhanced wellbeing support service that's tailored to you - ensuring you have the right help, at the right time
Join this information session to learn more about the resources, self-help, group work, and structured counselling options that are available through Inspire.
In addition, the Inspire Student Support HUB contains free resources available to all students. It offers immediate help and gives you instant access to a range of information, guidance and screening that is tailored specifically to help care for your individual wellbeing needs. The Hub can help you to create a bespoke wellbeing care-plan, as well as giving guidance on appropriate support and intervention through guided self-assessment.
This short information session will cover:
- How to gain access to the Inspire Student Support HUB;
- How to navigate the main features and resources of the HUB;
- How the HUB can support your continued mental health and wellbeing;
- How you can find out more signposting about support available to you as a student at Queen’s University Belfast.
There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers. Feel free to have a think in advance about what questions you would like to ask, or just ask questions on the day!
