However your wellbeing is at the moment, there are things you can do to look after and improve it. There are many simple ways to look after your mental health on a daily basis. We are all different and what works for one of us may not work for another. There are little things you can do daily which may help.
The Chaplaincy team have created a daily calendar for the month of March, which will include activities and self-care ideas to support your mental health and wellbeing.
