Student delegates have the exciting opportunity to learn about and interact with leaders in the mental health field. Plus, there are prizes!
Thursday 4 March is University Mental Health Day. And it’s also the day of Mind Your Mood’s student mental health conference!
Mind Your Mood is a student-led mental health campaign, and we’re inviting all students at Queen’s, along with staff, to our conference – which is set to be exciting, and educational!
It starts at 1:00pm and finishes at 4:30pm on Thursday 4 March and will take place on Teams.
You’ll get the chance to listen to Queen’s Professor, Dr John Barry, discuss climate change anxiety, followed by exclusive elevator-style pitches from PhD students at Queen’s on their current research, and a panel event on the student Covid-19 response and mental health with experts in the field.
The conference is free to attend, and even better: 50 student delegates who attend the event will be chosen at random to receive a £5.00 Waterstones voucher each!
The conference is open to students and staff, but only students will be eligible for prize draws.
It’s going to be an uplifting and positive day, filled with learning opportunities, and we can’t wait to see you there!
Mind Your Mood would like to thank the Queen’s Annual Fund for their generous support of this event, and for their continued support for Mind Your Mood throughout the years.
