Zumba is a form of exercise that involves dancing to fast tempo music, a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
Open to all abilities, and ages, no dancing experience or equipment necessary. Everyone is welcome – students, staff.
Wear comfortable, flexible clothing, give yourself some space to move. Have a water bottle handy, have fun and stay fit!
