Self Help: Support Hub

NEW Inspire Hub Guidelines

The Inspire website has had a fresh makeover! To gain access to the hub and create your own account, please follow the instructions in the images below

Inspire have enhanced their most popular Support Hub features; their iHelpr Chatbot, Mood Tracker and Resource Library and have refreshed all of their resources. They have also added a range of guided learning courses that offer a different way to move through their resources, providing interactive quizzes to check understanding.

Inspire Support Hub 2.0 also has some new features too, such as:

  • Gratitude diary – which allows students to write 3 things they are grateful for on a regular basis, as research supports an association between expressing gratitude and an individual’s wellbeing.
  • Online self-referral form - once students complete this a member of Inspire’s team will be in touch to complete the counselling referral process.
  • LiveChat feature – allows students to chat to Inspire’s team for general queries and signposting
