
Sometimes life presents challenges that leave us feeling disappointed, or upset. Looking after ourselves better prepares us to face these challenges, and be gentle with ourselves.

We all experience times when things don’t work out as we had hoped and it is natural to feel disappointed, frustrated, or annoyed.
It may be exam results, a presentation that didn’t go well, a job interview you weren’t successful in or any missed goal.
When dealing with life’s disappointments it can help to take a breath, step back and see how you can move forward.
