FOCUS - How to Reflect and Learn from Disappointment

We all experience times when things don’t work out as we had hoped and it is natural to feel disappointed, frustrated, or annoyed.

It may be exam results, a presentation that didn’t go well, a job interview you weren’t successful in or any missed goal.

When dealing with life’s disappointments it can help to take a breath, step back and see how you can move forward.

Our FOCUS model may help with the next steps.
