Julie-Ann is the Outreach Officer responsible for the Professor Fluffy Programme which aims to raise awareness of Higher Education amongst Key Stage 2 primary school pupils. She is responsible for Reading Together Programme that supports the development of literacy skills of looked after children aged 7-10 years of age by providing one to one support from a Queen’s student on a weekly basis. Julie-Ann is also involved in other projects for looked after children such as delivery of Living Life To The Full: My Big Life programme. She is the named contact for care experienced students at Queen’s and assists with supporting the 21 Plus pilot project and transitions projects that offer support and guidance to current and prospective students of Queen’s.
