Designed by the Widening Participation Unit and Learning Development Service, The Student Advisors programme aims to support first-year undergraduates entering Queen’s through the Pathway Opportunity or Senior Academy programmes in their transition to university by signposting them to the correct service or staff member.
About Us
The Student Advisors are made up of five postgraduate students from various faculties at the University, each of them available to students on a different day of the week. This means that every student can expect a response to their query within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
Over the course of semester one, we hope that students will get to know their Student Advisors and see them as an approachable point of contact at Queen’s.
Whether students are experiencing difficulty with their timetable, studies, or want to know more about a particular Queen’s service, they can rely on the Student Advisors to provide useful information and non-judgemental advice.
