The overall aim of the Couch 2 5K programme is to provide opportunities to get active on campus. The programme represents a structured pathway to make walking, jogging and running accessible and fun through a flexible 10 week programme.
A great way to get back to fitness after lockdown
Due to current COVID guidelines we are required to limit the number of participants to 15. For this reason we are running two Couch 2 5K events back-to-back, at 6pm and 7pm. Please ensure you are booking onto the most suitable time for yourself, places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
