The aim of the event is to help students prepare for starting University this year. We will provide information on disability and wellbeing support and the range of facilities available on campus e.g. the Students’ Union.
We will also talk about some of the challenges involved in starting University and answer any questions students may have regarding accessing appropriate support and the differences between school and University.
Eligible students will receive an invitation to the event from Disability Services.
This event is open to all new students, and Disability Services will email those who have registered with a diagnosis of Autism or Asperger’s. A separate event is also being ran for returning students.
