If in person event location will be Senate Room, Lanyon Building
10:00 - 12:30

We hope to run this session as a longer “live” in person session so that we can do some group work and activities. However, if we are unable to run it as an in person session it will be run as a one-hour online session running from 10.30 – 11.30. Students will be informed nearer the time.

(If it is an in person event numbers will be limited to 30 people)

This session is not about your technical skills or your knowledge of your subject.

It is about the character strengths that make you the individual that you are. In recent years’, the positive psychology movement has shown that working with our character strengths can help us to do better work and be more confident, more satisfied and have increased wellbeing.

Come along to find out what your character strengths are and how to make the most of them.

Complete a free online assessment before coming to the session at and download a free report. There is no need to purchase a report!

You will not be asked to reveal what your strengths are during the session. This is for your own personal knowledge.

This event will run as part of Development Weeks 2022, please check out the Development Weeks website
