In these uncertain times, it can be a real challenge to maintain our focus, manage our stress, and try to balance the emotional, physical and mental demands being put on us.

This webinar will help you to unpack how certain feelings can affect how you develop resilience. We will give you a practical framework with personal strategies to enhance your emotional resilience. Become more effective in recognising, managing and expressing your emotions. Get support for dealing with pressure and take away our top tips for improving your overall resilience.

Meet the Consultants

This three hour webinar is led by John Mackel and/or Caroline Dobson, Postgraduate Training and Development Consultants at the Graduate School. John and Caroline between them have over 40 years of coaching experience in supporting individuals and teams to develop and build their personal effectiveness, resilience and leadership skills to reach their full potential.  John and Caroline are both qualified Coaches and members of the Association of Coaching.

*Students who attend all fourteen workshops (below), equivalent to seven full days of training, integral to the Future Ready Programme the academic year 2021 – 2022 will be eligible for the Researcher Plus Award.
