Fay recently joined T- Three as principal consultant after spending 17 years working in various roles in The NatWest Group including an Entrepreneurship Development Manager and the bank wide Intrapreneurship and Innovation curriculum and delivery lead.  Fay’s expertise in intrapreneurship and innovation has allowed her to design and deliver several successful programmes related to leadership, intrapreneurship and innovation for large companies including EDF and Toyota.
