Objectives
By the end of this course participants should be able to:
- Understand the meaning of mental health and mental ill health.
- Recognise how personality types can influence thinking patterns and stress management.
- Differentiate stressors based on their level of control, allowing participants to reduce stress levels and prevent burnout.
- Implement the foundational principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
- Know how to access support for themselves or for others.
