At the Graduate School, it is important to us that all our postgraduate community feel supported. This World Mental Health Day, we are holding a healthy Wellbeing Breakfast for postgraduates of all levels to join in.

Come along and start your day with a healthy, nutritious breakfast, connect with peers in a casual and relaxed setting and learn about the different support available to students throughout the University and beyond. The team from Mind Your Mood will also be there to give a talk about student wellbeing and provide more information on mental health resources.

Mind Your Mood – Who we are & what do we do?

Mind Your Mood is a student-led mental health campaign. Founded in 2012, our goal is to raise awareness on issues surrounding mental health affecting fellow students in Queen’s, and beyond.

We seek to remove stigma associated with discussing mental health, encourage students to practice self-care, embed positive habits and coping mechanisms, build resilience, and connect with internal and external support services.

Mind Your Mood is a powerful vehicle for change and discussion at Queen’s. Get involved and connect with us via our social media channels; Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter where we post updates on events, workshops, fundraisers, and social opportunities.

You can also email us with any questions or inquiries!
