YOU MUST REGISTER EVEN IF YOU WISH TO DEFER OR NOT ATTEND (i.e. IN ABSENTIA). YOU CANNOT REGISTER FOR GRADUATION UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN AWARDED YOUR DEGREE.
Navigating to the Qsis Graduation Wizard
Final year degree students will be provided with an electronic registration form, accessible from QSIS provided a valid degree result has been published against your course. Please follow the navigation below to complete the Graduation Wizard:
Self Service > Degree Progress/Graduation > Register for Graduation
This will take you into a page called “My Ceremony.”
Please complete the questions and then submit the details you have entered. Students with any Negative Service Indicators (suspensions) will not be able to register until the matter is resolved.
Graduation Reference Page
Once you have completed the Registration Wizard, you must print out the Graduation Reference Page (shown as a blue link at the bottom of the screen). This contains essential information regarding your gown and ticket collection and financial information. You will not be able to collect your gown and ticket without producing this page.
Students who have a suspension on their account will not be able to register until the matter is resolved. If you have a suspension on your account you must contact the Graduation Helpline on 02890973223 or email@example.com as soon as possible.
Graduands will be automatically given 2 guest tickets
Information regarding the availability of additional tickets will be emailed to students in a separate email.
Graduands do not require a ticket to gain entry to the ceremony.
The reference page opens as a PDF document. You will need to enable pop up windows on your browser to see this document.
