Dr. Lisa Sheenan is a Lecturer in Finance in Queens University Belfast, having previously worked for the Central Bank of Ireland Financial Stability Division as an Economist and the National Treasury Management Agency of Ireland as a Risk Analyst.

Lisa's research interests focus on the transmission of financial crises, as well as their causes and consequences. Published research analyses the U.S. subprime crisis, the Eurozone sovereign crisis, the Irish housing market and predicting the implied volatility of commodity options.
