"I have always had a keen interest in food fraud and emerging food safety issues so this was the perfect programme for me. As the programme was distance learning it gave me flexibility when I was working long hours and travelling on a regular basis and I have been able to use the skills and knowledge gained from studying for the MSc on a daily basis as a Food Education Lecturer. Course content has been very relevant throughout and delivered by lecturers who have been extremely helpful.
