Four things I’ve learned about Skydiving at Queen’s

The sky is not the limit, says guest blogger Rafal Kacprzyk, President of Queen's Skydiving Club

Skydiving

‌1. It’s more accessible than you think.

I have always wanted to do a skydive but never thought it would be a possibility in Northern Ireland, however when I heard how easy it is to start skydiving and how affordable it is I was sold instantly.

2. You meet the best people at 10,000 feet.

Aside from the thrill of jumping out of a plane at 10,000 feet, you get to meet people equally as crazy as you are.

3. It’s the best stress-reliever

Skydiving is the best way to relax after a hard week of lectures, assignment and homework. You get to spend few hours, a day or the whole weekend immersed in a different world and forget about any problems you might have.

4. It's a natural high

Joining the skydiving club is the easiest and most affordable way to begin skydiving. You will make friendships that will last long time after you finished university. Most importantly you will get to experience the most incredible thing in your life.
