FIKA Wellness

What is FIKA (I hear you ask)?

Fika is an app designed specifically to help students learn practical mental fitness techniques. It is already being used by a number of other UK universities, and through using the app, you'll learn tips to help you manage your mental health and apply them in your everyday life.

Through short exercises, you develop and build keys skills aimed at helping you react positively to whatever life may throw at you.
