Dear Colleague

Over the course of this academic year, we will be developing a new Strategic Plan for 2021 onwards. 

The new Plan will be central to articulating our ambitions for the next 5-10 years and for setting out a framework for the delivery of key priorities within the context of the overall vision. It will be essential that the Plan is informed by the views of staff, students and external stakeholders.

As we begin the development of our new Strategic Plan, I will be holding a number of all-staff sessions over the coming weeks. These sessions will be an opportunity for me to outline the development of the new Plan and to get your input.
