This is a project management course that covers key areas such as planning, cost control, risk management, procurement, and contract administration. It also includes advanced digital topics such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), Digital Twins and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
You will learn to manage complex projects using real-world platforms such as Power BI with Python, Azure ML, Azure Digital Twins, Navisworks, Synchro, and Revit. No prior programming experience is required; you will build confidence through hands-on application in areas including AI-driven cost engineering, predictive analytics, smart scheduling, and low-carbon digital design.
