Decision Pending

When a decision is listed as Decision Pending this means that your application is borderline and is still being considered by the selector for the original course to which you applied.

If your application is pending it may take several days for a final decision to be taken. The University aims to make all of its UCAS decisions by Friday 25 August.

  • If you wish to be considered for an alternative degree at Queen's
You should review the information on Clearing Vacancies website and use our Enquiry Form to apply for an alternative degree. Please note that we will only act on the Enquiry Form if your original application is unsuccessful.

  • If you do not wish to be considered for an alternative degree
You do not have to take any action.

  • If you no longer wish to be considered for this choice at Queen's and would like to request that your application is made unsuccessful.
Please complete the online Enquiry Form. You should be aware that, if you request that an unsuccessful decision is registered on your application, you cannot be reconsidered even if the University would have subsequently been in a position to offer you a place.
