'It is this day ordered by their excellencies the lords justices in council that the bill entitled An act for exempting the protestant dissenters of this kingdom from certain penalties to which they are now subject which was approved in council the 25th of August last, with some amendments, be, and it is hereby, referred back to the right honourable the lords of the committee appointed to consider the Irish bills to revise the same and report their opinion thereupon to this board.
