Title To enable the right honourable earl of Roden and the Right Honourable and Right Reverend Isaac, lord bishop of Cork and Ross to raise by sale or mortgage of the town and lands within mentioned, or a competent part thereof, the sum of £9,000, also to sell and dispose of the fee of inheritance of certain other towns and lands, and certain freehold and leasehold interests within also mentioned, in order to augment a fund for payment of the encumbrances and charges affecting the estate and lands of John Bloomfield, esquire, pursuant to the trusts and directions in his will, and for other purposes.
