For vesting the estate of Theophilus Clements of Rakenny in the county of Cavan, esquire, in trustees, to be sold for the payment of debts and encumbrances affecting the same, and for settling the residue, according to the will and codicil of Theophilus Clements of the city of Dublin, esquire, deceased, with power to the tenants for life of such residue, to settle a jointure thereout on such wives as they have or shall marry, and to make freehold leases. |
