Title |
For vesting certain manors, lands, and hereditaments in this kingdom, the estate of Andrew Fitzherbert, esquire, in trustees, in order that a competent part thereof may be sold, for the payment of debts and other encumbrances affecting the same, and for settling other lands in lieu of the lands to be sold. |
