Title For confirming and establishing an agreement made between Sir Edward King, baronet, and Henry King, esquire, concerning the real and personal estate whereof Robert, late Lord Kingsborough, died seized and possessed, and for making said agreement more effectual, for raising a sufficient sum of money for discharging the debts and encumbrances affecting the said real estate, and other purposes.
