Variant Title(s) For vesting certain lands, part of the estate of the Right Honourable Arthur, Lord Viscount Loftus of Ely, in trustees, to be sold for raising £8,000 to be paid to the Right Honourable Mary, countess dowager of Drogheda, sole executrix of the last will and testament of the Right Honourable Henry, earl of Drogheda, deceased, and for confirming a settlement made by the said Lord Loftus of his estate, and for securing a jointure to the Right Honourable Letitia, Lady Viscountess Loftus, his now wife, in case she happen to survive him, and for other purposes.
