Title To enable the commissioners appointed to put in execution an act for the encouragement of the tillage and better employment of the poor, etc, made in the 2nd year of the reign of his present majesty, to increase the salary of the stamp-master in the said act mentioned, and for increasing the salary of the treasurer of the county of Cork, and also for the better regulating of high-constables, and for the more easy recovery of public money in the hands of their executors and administrators.
