Title For vesting certain lands, tenements and hereditaments situate in the county of Tipperary in the kingdom of Ireland, the estate of Philip Perceval, esquire, in trustees, in order that the same may be sold for the payment of debts and other encumbrances affecting the same, and also the estate of the said Philip Perceval situate in the county of Sligo to be settled to the same uses, as the said Sligo estate now stands limited.
