Title To continue, amend and make more effectual an act passed in the 4th year of his late majesty King GeorgeĀ I entitled an act for vesting in his majesty, his heirs and successors, the several lands, tenements and hereditaments, whereon the barracks in this kingdom are built, or building, or contracted for, and whereon lighthouses are, or shall be built, and for making reasonable satisfaction to the several owners and proprietors for the same, and also an act passed in the 21st year of the reign of his late majesty King GeorgeĀ II entitled an act for amending and making more effectual the said former act, and likewise to enable the present commissioners of the barrack board and their successors to sell the several estates in the lands whereon barracks have been built, that are now gone to decay, or shall hereafter become useless, and also to sell the materials of such decayed barracks.
