Title To empower the chief governor or governors for the time being, and council of this kingdom, to make such orders, rules and regulations as they shall think proper, for preventing the infection, now spreading among the horned cattle in most parts of Europe, from being brought into this kingdom, and for stopping the progress of such infection, in case it shall be brought into any part of this kingdom.
