Title For vesting in trustees the settled estate of Henry, Lord Viscount Conyngham, situate in the county of Limerick, to be sold or mortgaged for the payment of an encumbrance of £12,000 sterling affecting the same, and for payment of the portion provided for the younger children of Francis Pierpoint, late Lord Baron Conyngham, by Elizabeth, Lady Conyngham, his wife, charged on the unsettled estates of the said Henry, Lord Viscount Conyngham, in the said county of Clare and for settling a competent part of the unsettled estate of the said Henry, Lord Viscount Conyngham, in the county of Clare, in lieu of the said estate in the county of Limerick so to be sold or mortgaged as aforesaid, and for other purposes.
