Title To amend certain rules, orders and directions made by the lord lieutenant and council of Ireland for the better regulating all cities, walled towns and corporations within the kingdom of Ireland, and the election of magistrates therein, so far as to change the election of magistrates from Christmas Day to another more proper day.
