Title To repeal an act entitled an act for the more effectual punishing of wicked and disorderly persons who have committed or shall commit violences and do injuries to the persons or properties of any of his majesty's subjects in the counties of Antrim, Down, Armagh, city and county of Londonderry and county of Tyrone, or any of them, and for the more sure and speedy bringing to justice certain offenders therein mentioned.
