Title For vesting certain lands, tenements and hereditaments therein mentioned, part of the estate of William Power Keating Trench of Garbally in the county of Galway, esquire, and formerly the estate of Nicholas Keating of the city of Dublin, esquire, deceased, in trustees, to be sold for the purposes of raising a sum of £20,000 to discharge the encumbrances affecting the settled estate of the said William Power Keating Trench, and for settling the certain parts of the said settled estate to the uses mentioned in the said Nicholas Keating, in lieu of and of equal value to the lands so to be sold, and for other purposes therein mentioned.
