Title For granting the sum of £20,000 to the speaker of the house of commons, the chancellor of the exchequer, the deputy vice-treasurer, the teller of the exchequer, the senior commissioner of his majesty's revenue, the Right Honourable Thomas Conolly and the Right Honourable Luke Gardiner, or any four of them, for the purposes therein mentioned.
