Title To repeal an act passed in the 28th year of the reign of King Henry VIII entitled an act of appeals and to enable the lord chancellor, lord keeper or lords commissioners for the custody of the great seal of this kingdom for the time being to issue commissions of appeal from the courts of the archbishops within the same.
