Title For vesting in trustees the estates of Sir James Nugent of Donore in the county of Westmeath, baronet, for the purpose of raising money to discharge the original encumbrances affecting the same, and to pay the debts of the said Sir James Nugent, and also for providing and settling a jointure on Mary Nugent, wife of Peter Nugent, esquire, the only brother of the said Sir James Nugent.
