Title For confirming and establishing an agreement made between the trustees named in the last will of Richard Jackson, esquire, deceased, and the surviving devisees named in said will, and the heir at law, and widow of the said Richard Jackson, concerning the real and person estate of the said Richard Jackson, and for incorporating said trustees for the better execution of the charitable purposes appointed by the said will, and for other purposes.
