Title |
For consolidating into one law, extending and rendering more effectual the powers granted by several acts of parliament for paving, cleansing and lighting the city of Dublin, and for other purposes respecting the same, for repealing the several acts and clauses of acts therein mentioned, and for the more effectually paving, cleansing and lighting the squares, streets, lanes, courts, alleys, quays, bridges and other places within the limits of the circular or environ road, whether within the county of Dublin or within the city and county of the city of Dublin, and the liberties thereof, except such streets and other places as are therein excepted, and for making sewers and erecting fountains and conduits for the use of the poor, and for preventing and removing annoyances, obstructions and nuisances within the same. |
