Title |
Whereby the exemplification under the great seal of Great Britain of all wills, disposing of, limiting, settling or charging any real estates in this kingdom, which have been or shall be executed and duly proved in Breat Britain and remaining there, shall be received, allowed and read in evidence of the proof of such will in all courts in this kingdom, and be of equal force and validity in such courts as if the original will had been brought into and duly proved in this kingdom, and produced in such courts. |
