ATBEST is driven by a motivated, ambitious team of specialists from internationally esteemed research teams. The team brings a vast amount of expertise to the partnership, including skill in design, operation & optimisation of anaerobic digesters; measurement, simulation & control of anaerobic digesters; biogas process optimisation & biogas generating systems; environmental biochemistry & genomics; industrial microbiology.

ATBEST research will be conducted by 14 Marie Curie fellows: 12 early stage researchers (ESR) and 2 experienced researchers (ER).
The ATBEST fellows represent Poland, Italy, Spain, India, Germany, Greece, Lebanon, China, UK & Slovenia.
